“We received bids from a couple, local, contractors and we chose John and his crew due to the professional detailing of the bid.
While their bid was just a bit more expensive, but the bid detailed everything we were paying for in both materials and wages. We received nothing of the sort with anyone other bid. Just a price and that we would have an amazing deck. We were more comfortable knowing what we were paying for, other than an 'amazing deck'.
Another note, John and his team were always on time and professional with us and the new trainee they had on our job. Working in construction many moons ago, I have seen how many leads treat staff. Many times it's very rude, lots of yelling and does not train new staff well. They were very great to the new guy and it made me even more happy we chose John and his crew to construct our new deck.
I cannot say enough as to the incredible job they provided from start to finish.
